Since its formation in 1999, Upstage developed a large
customer base within the schools and education sector. Jobs have
ranged from simply replacing the lamp in a lantern for a local
school in the Midlands, to providing a stage and technical support
for a school production in Leeds, to supplying a new sound system to a
school in Africa. |

Drama Studio Installations

Upstage have also been responsible for many refurbishments of Drama
Studios, Halls and School Theatres. For many of these, we were able to
be involved from the early stage of planning, contributing to
discussions about layout, acoustics and lighting positions. Working with
the architects, specifiers and builders, as well as the end-user,
Upstage will supply drapes and tracking systems, internally wired
lighting bars, dimmer and lighting control systems, sound and lighting
equipment.

Hires and Consumambles
|

| Many schools hire our stages for their productions, including those
who already own Q-Build and wish to expand for a particular production.
We also hire lighting and sound equipment, and can supply
replacement lamps, lighting gel, gobos and other effects. |
